  2. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged plant.
  3. Provide us with the unboxing video, order details, and a brief description of the issue.

Once we receive and review the necessary information, we will swiftly address the situation. We offer a range of solutions, including a replacement plant or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that our guarantee does not cover damages caused by neglect, improper care, or extreme weather conditions after the plant has been delivered.
